This hybrid role (3 days/week in our SoHo studio) offers the flexibility of remote work while collaborating with elite designers. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research
- Document design processes and maintain design documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Excellent visual communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, or related field preferred
