Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze model responses to identify bias, hallucinations, or errors, and implement corrective strategies.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to define AI use cases and user requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for prompt engineering best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI research.
- Optimize existing workflows to improve the efficiency and quality of AI-generated content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related AI/ML role (1-3 years preferred).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and experience with models like GPT-4, Claude, or Llama.
- Excellent command of the English language with a keen eye for nuance, tone, and structure.
- Familiarity with Python and scripting for automated prompt testing and iteration.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
