Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade network solutions including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud integration
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Lead network security implementations including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control policies
- Execute complex network migrations and upgrades with zero-downtime requirements
- Document network architectures and create SOPs for operational excellence
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure optimization
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct periodic training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience with Cisco/Juniper certification
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure networking services and SD-WAN solutions
- Strong background in network security frameworks (NIST, CIS) and compliance standards
- CCNP/CCIE or JNCIE certification required
