Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal uptime and security.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex network connectivity issues.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incidents accurately.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network access and hardware functionality.
- Assist in the deployment of new network infrastructure projects.
Qualifications

- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
