- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to measure the impact of prompt variations on user engagement and task completion.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of system prompts and instruction sets for various AI models.
- Monitor model performance in real-time and troubleshoot edge cases or hallucinations.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude), and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript for API integration and automation.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including nuance, tone, and structural analysis.
- Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems using iterative testing.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
