We are looking for a problem-solver who understands the nuances of Large Language Models (LLMs) and can translate complex business requirements into precise, high-performing instructions. As a key member of our AI division, you will shape how our algorithms interact with users, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompt strategies to maximize the output quality and accuracy of generative AI models, including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs.
- Conduct iterative testing and evaluation of prompts to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into the broader AI development lifecycle.
- Document prompt libraries and methodologies to create reusable assets that enhance team productivity and maintain consistency across projects.
- Analyze user feedback and model outputs to continuously adapt and evolve prompt structures for better user engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and NLP to recommend innovative approaches for our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency with AI tools and APIs, specifically experience using OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex prompts and interpret model outputs effectively.
- Familiarity with Python and scripting for automating prompt testing and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is highly valued.
