Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced prompt engineering strategies for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs to maximize accuracy and reliability.
- Develop sophisticated system instructions and persona profiles tailored for specific industry applications, such as healthcare, finance, and legal tech.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to refine prompt structures and minimize AI hallucinations.
- Collaborate closely with our Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to curate high-quality training datasets for model fine-tuning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and workflow automation scripts.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and prompt engineering to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field; equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related role involving complex instruction design.
- Hands-on experience working with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or similar generative AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and the mechanics of how LLMs process language.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to debug and optimize conversational flows.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into clear, actionable natural language prompts.
