Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate advanced prompt strategies for large language models (LLMs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business objectives
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version-controlled best practices
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering workflows
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and techniques through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction
- Proficiency with GPT-4, Claude, and other major LLM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven experimentation experience
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
