Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Implement front-end features with React.js and modern CSS frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into interactive prototypes
- Debug and optimize website performance across browsers and devices
- Participate in agile sprints and code reviews with the development team
- Contribute to API integration and backend system maintenance
- Document code and technical specifications for future reference
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ web development projects (school, freelance, or personal)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Basic understanding of React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Currently enrolled in a CS program or recent graduate (within 1 year)
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
