Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop intricate, high-quality prompts to guide Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude towards desired outcomes.
- Iterative Testing: Run A/B tests on different prompt structures to maximize output accuracy, relevance, and tone.
- Content Strategy: Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation to standardize AI interactions across departments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to prevent bias and ensure responsible AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with prompt engineering frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face).
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and rhetorical structure.
