Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design, develop, and refine complex prompts and prompt chains to maximize the accuracy and relevance of AI outputs for specific business use cases.
- Iterative Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iteration cycles to evaluate model performance and fine-tune parameters for optimal results.
- Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a library of prompt templates, best practices, and documentation to standardize AI interactions across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective AI strategies.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into existing software architectures and develop APIs to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor AI outputs for hallucinations, biases, and safety concerns, implementing guardrails to ensure reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, NLP, or a related field with a focus on AI/LLM interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering principles.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience using APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and logically troubleshoot issues in AI responses.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
