Responsibilities
- Model Training & Optimization: Design, implement, and iterate on complex prompt templates to maximize the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs.
- Workflow Integration: Integrate prompt engineering workflows directly into our software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of different prompt variations to determine the most effective strategies for diverse use cases.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and style guides for prompt engineering to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX researchers and developers to translate complex user needs into precise, executable prompts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field with a focus on AI or machine learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of transformer architectures and how LLMs function.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot AI model failures to improve performance.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar development frameworks.
