Responsibilities
- Design and refine high-impact prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs to maximize output quality and relevance
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and performance metrics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering techniques
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt best practices
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize task completion rates
- Translate business requirements into precise prompt engineering solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and prompt engineering frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Expertise in crafting prompts for GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and outcomes
