Responsibilities
- Prompt Development: Design, test, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to ensure high-quality outputs for specific use cases.
- Model Optimization: Continuously iterate on prompt structures to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance the relevance of generated responses.
- Analysis & Feedback: Analyze AI outputs to identify errors or biases, providing detailed feedback to the data science and engineering teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products and workflows.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines on prompt engineering best practices for internal teams.
- Testing: Execute rigorous A/B testing on different prompt variations to measure effectiveness and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, AI model interaction, or a related technical writing role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, SQL, and APIs (REST/GraphQL) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail when reviewing text generation outputs.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI model capabilities.
