Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompt templates to maximize the performance of LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and PaLM.
- Develop prompt chains and multi-turn dialogue strategies to handle intricate user queries.
- Analyze model outputs to identify bias, inaccuracies, or hallucinations, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of different prompt variations to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices to standardize AI interactions across the organization.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our web and mobile applications.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in technical writing, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience using or fine-tuning Large Language Models (experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face is highly preferred).
- Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and the limitations of current NLP models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through iterative testing and logical reasoning.
