Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Perform manual and automated testing across various web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to verify fixes and ensure existing functionality remains intact.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a QA Tester or Software Test Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
