Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive product development and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports for executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions.
- Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
