Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and troubleshoot any UI issues.
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
