Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in UX/UI design, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex design decisions.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
