Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Interface Design: Develop visually stunning and intuitive UI components, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into seamless user journeys.
- Iterative Improvement: Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize the user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design systems and create clear documentation for development handoffs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX projects, including case studies that demonstrate the design process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to non-design teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (e.g., 15-20 hours per week).
