Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other tracking tools
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress) across multiple devices
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Verify functionality, usability, and performance against requirements
- Generate detailed test reports and improvement recommendations
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of software QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in test case creation and execution
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman)
