Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Implement security protocols (VPN, ACLs, firewalls) to protect infrastructure
- Document network changes, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud integration projects
- Provide remote support to end-users during flexible work hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network analyzers (Wireshark)
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours with minimal supervision
