This flexible 20-hour/week role offers remote collaboration with occasional in-person workshops. You'll work on enterprise web applications and mobile platforms while mentoring junior designers. Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback metrics
- Develop comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in remote teams
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving
