Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including Cisco routers/switches and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues within SLA targets
- Execute network security protocols including VPN configurations and intrusion detection systems
- Document network topology, configurations, and incident reports using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid cloud solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead network upgrade projects including 10GigE and Wi-Fi 6E implementations
- Provide Tier-3 support escalation for critical business systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience with Cisco CCNP certification
- Expertise in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and VLAN management
- Proven track record with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela or VMware SD-WAN)
- CCNA Security or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
