Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and UI components ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance engagement
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
