Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Test Planning: Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Equipment Utilization: Utilize the premium equipment provided by the company to conduct rigorous testing on mobile, web, and desktop applications.
- Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and verify software defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and Bugzilla.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing functionality.
- Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to communicate findings and drive product improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and testing frameworks.
- Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with various operating systems and device emulators.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
