Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols (ACLs, IPSec)
- Perform network capacity planning and performance optimization
- Document network topology and configuration changes in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premises infrastructure
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for 500+ endpoint devices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (required)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco IOS
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for site visits
