Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, code, and test high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in code and improve application performance and scalability.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Agile Workflow: actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise, and up-to-date technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# and frameworks like React or Node.js.
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (Git).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering robust solutions.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
