Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, or Java to support our core product suite.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements and optimizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Management and QA teams to translate technical requirements into robust software solutions.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by users or detected during automated testing.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, API references, and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) or back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django) is highly preferred.
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and devise effective, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
