Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Generate performance reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies to inform strategic business decisions
- Clean, preprocess, and maintain data integrity across multiple sources
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize data-driven campaigns
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Assist in developing automated reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of Python or R (preferred)
