Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document and report bugs with detailed steps to reproduce using JIRA and other QA tools
- Perform regression testing on new software builds to ensure stability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements and test scenarios
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Participate in agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Maintain and update test documentation, test plans, and user acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
- 1+ years of hands-on software testing experience in agile environments
- Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools (JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestRail)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with bug tracking processes and quality assurance best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
