Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals
- Conduct user interviews and create journey maps to identify pain points
- Present design solutions through interactive prototypes and stakeholder presentations
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design outcomes
- Maintain design documentation and accessibility compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
