Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Implement security protocols and troubleshoot complex network issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity
- Document network configurations and create maintenance procedures
- Evaluate and integrate emerging network technologies
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certifications
- Expertise in TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless networking protocols
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Experience with network automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Proven ability to document complex technical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
