Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document test results, bugs, and improvement suggestions using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Perform compatibility testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Participate in sprint planning and regression testing cycles
- Analyze test data to identify trends and suggest quality improvements
- Maintain detailed test documentation and bug reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on QA testing experience (manual or automated)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing web applications and mobile platforms
- Basic understanding of SQL and API testing (Postman/SOAP UI)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
