- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and metrics tracking
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software testing experience or relevant coursework
- Familiarity with QA methodologies (black-box, regression, smoke testing)
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic understanding of web/mobile technologies (HTML, APIs, iOS/Android)
