Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document test results, bugs, and inconsistencies in JIRA with clear severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Perform regression testing on web/mobile applications across multiple browsers
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create comprehensive test plans and user acceptance criteria
- Conduct exploratory testing to discover edge cases
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience with software/web applications
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Understanding of test methodologies (manual, automated, regression)
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication for documentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
