Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
