Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and scripts to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce and severity levels
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple devices
- Collaborate with development teams to verify fixes and ensure quality standards
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and provide timely feedback on test results
- Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and unexpected behaviors
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software or web applications
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database testing is a plus
- Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL
