Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Resolve connectivity issues and implement security protocols
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise clients
- Perform network upgrades and patch management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and VMware technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid California driver's license for on-site visits
