Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related user problems
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with security teams to implement network protection protocols
- Assist in network capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
- Train junior staff on network best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki technologies
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
