In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to craft interfaces that are not only beautiful but also highly functional and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and drive design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers) to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Translate user feedback and business requirements into actionable design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design capabilities and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (e.g., 15-25 hours per week) with a focus on remote collaboration.
