What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior
- Document prompt engineering best practices and frameworks
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced prompt strategies for complex AI workflows
- Conduct prompt performance analysis and optimization cycles
- Create prompt templates for multi-turn conversational AI systems
- Partner with product teams to define AI interaction requirements
- Establish quality metrics for prompt effectiveness and consistency
- Lead prompt engineering workshops with cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) and their prompt interfaces
- Strong background in linguistics, cognitive science, or computational linguistics
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control for prompts
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical prompts
