Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across diverse hardware platforms
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Perform regular network monitoring and security vulnerability assessments
- Create and update network documentation including diagrams and configurations
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper hardware and Windows/Linux environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark and PingPlotter
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
