Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and network peripherals
- Document IT processes, inventory, and incident reports in company ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Train end-users on new software and system updates
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues logically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week including some evenings/weekends
