Responsibilities
- Monitor and defend equity options trading systems against sophisticated cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on options trading infrastructure
- Implement zero-trust architecture for options data exchange networks
- Develop incident response protocols for options market manipulation attacks
- Ensure compliance with SEC/NYSE cybersecurity regulations for derivatives trading
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to secure algorithmic option pricing models
- Train traders on social engineering risks specific to options trading platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity with financial derivatives/equity options experience
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or CISSP required
- Expertise in options trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Eze Software)
- Proficiency in network security tools (Splunk, Palo Alto Networks)
- Knowledge of FINRA Rule 15c3-5 and SEC cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Recorded Future, CrowdStrike)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
