Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within datasets.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that communicate key insights and recommendations to management.
- Database Management: Maintain and query databases using SQL to extract specific data points required for ongoing projects.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
