Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models to optimize business performance metrics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to inform strategic product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing analysis for marketing campaigns
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with Python/R for statistical modeling
- Strong communication skills translating technical insights
- Portfolio demonstrating data visualization projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Authorized to work in the US with relocation flexibility
