- Collect & Clean Data: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on project progress and data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation; strong Excel skills.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Time Management: Ability to manage a part-time schedule efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.
