Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a flexible schedule.
