Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting processes
- Collaborate with product teams to track KPIs and measure campaign performance
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting trends and opportunities
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
